Our Mission
To ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students by preventing and addressing any form of ragging on campus.
What is Ragging?
Ragging is any act that causes physical or psychological harm, discomfort, or humiliation to a student. It includes verbal abuse, forced tasks, isolation, or any act meant to intimidate or harass a fellow student.
As per UGC regulations and Supreme Court guidelines, ragging is a punishable offense and is strictly prohibited.
Objectives of the Committee
Prohibit and eliminate ragging in all forms.
Promote awareness about its harmful impact.
Provide support and protection to affected students.
Take appropriate disciplinary actions against offenders.
